Using below process for generating the core dump in windows for OEM escalation.
1. Open Task Manager.
2. Open the Processes tab and locate the hung process.
3. Right click the process and select the "Create Dump File" option.
4. Note the directory in which the dump is saved and please attach to the case for further review.
